Sachin Tendulkar makes history|SACH a long Journey|LITTLE MASTER, TALL DEEDS
Amazing! Remarkable!! Historic!!!
The leading run and century-scorer in international cricket and the only man to have touched 200 in ODIs has once again gone where no man had gone before--and no else may ever venture. Sachin Tendulkar insists he doesn't play for records but records have chased him throughout his career.

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar makes history of scoring his 50th Test ton on Dec. 19, 2010, at a ground in South Africa, aptly called Centurion. It was an absolutely outstanding milestone in cricket history. This record puts him 11 ahead of Ricky Ponting, the next highest century-maker with 39, and 12 clear of Jacques Kallis with 38. With this innings, Tendulkar has extended his record for most Test tons (28) overseas. In total, he now has 96 international centuries (including 46 ODI tons)--the most by any player. 14,506 is Sachin Tendulkar's current tally in Tests scored in 175 matches at an average of 56.88. His run tally from 13 Tests in 2010 is 1,539 at an average of 85.50 with 7 tons. He is the only batsman in world to complete a ton with a six, five times. He's achieved almost every landmark in all formats of cricket.
